Appointed Youth

Who We Are

We are a group of students in grades 6 thru 12. Some of us attend public school, some are homeschooled. We are all unique in many ways but we all desire to know and follow Jesus.

What We Do

We hang out. Wednesday evenings we enjoy dinner together with the rest of our church family, we attend each others birthdays, we go to camp together, we serve together.

We worship. Wednesday evenings we gather in the youth room upstairs for worship at 6:15 p. We usually sit together during church service on Sundays.

We pray. Nothing like having a group of peers that you can count on to pray for you and with you. Peers who listen to and encourage you is a vital part of life.

We learn. We believe Jesus is the only role model and we seek to be more like him. To do so, we study the Bible together. We listen to biblical teaching. We discuss what it's all about and how it applies to us.

We have fun. We are youth so this comes naturally.

We daily lay a foundation on Jesus Christ
(Matthew 7:24-27 & Colossians 2:6-7).

This foundation is the beginning of our new birth in Christ because we believe we are called into action (Matthew 28:19-20).
It is our desire that we grow in our faith. To accomplish this we strive to serve our community through our Core Values: Obeying God's Word, Prayer, Building Authentic Relationships, Worship, Spiritual Growth, and Missions.
